    I have absolutely no idea what I'm doing. I believe I installed the ap...no idea if i'm synced

    Sorry to hear the installation is giving you some trouble. This guide is for setting up a bulk organization and user sync after the Zendesk for Salesforce integration is configured. In other words, you will need to do that first, before attempting a bulk sync of your org and user data to for Salesforce accounts and contacts which is what this article is covering.
