    Hey Ron -

    I saw that you got a resolution in another thread. For anyone else running into this issue, you can find Ron's answer here: https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/115007207887/comments/360005506413

    Hi,

    I have been customizing my colors in the following way:

    However, when I test it out, on some options (top right to make a new post), it provides blue background with blue text so nothing can be read, like this:

    It appears that no matter what color I select for "Brand color," the same issue occurs.

    How can I adjust this, please?

    Thanks!

    ~Bobby

    Hi Bobby

    I have not been able to reproduce what you are experiencing with the newest version of the Copenhagen theme.

    If you are using a Custom theme derived from the Copenhagen theme the CSS file should contain:

    .button-large, input[type="submit"] {
    background-color: $brand_color;
    border: 0;
    border-radius: 4px;
    color: $brand_text_color;
    font-size: 14px;
    font-weight: 400;
    line-height: 2.72;
    min-width: 190px;
    padding: 0 1.9286em;
    width: 100%;
    }

    It could be that "color: $brand_text_color;" has been changed to "color: $brand_color;" in which case you would see what you are seeing. If that is the case change "color: $brand_color;" to "color: $brand_text_color;".

    Depending on how much configuration and customization you have already done, an easier solution may be to simply get a new clean copy on the Copenhagen theme, by clicking "Add new theme" in on the themes page and choosing the Copenhagen theme among the four options.

    If these suggestions do not solve the problem, please create support ticket.

    Hello Bobby,

    Unknowingly you have changed the contrast ratio of Brand text color to 1, so regardless of what brand color you select, It will always hides the brand text color. So you can easily fix this issue just by changing(increasing) the contrast ratio.

    Here is how you can accomplish this change:

    Hope this helps!

    Happy Theming

    Regards,

    Sushant

    The Helpcenter theme is very outdated. It looks like someone wrote the code in a  Microsoft Word. Is there any chance we are going to get a more modern update or at the very least more customization so we can modernize it ourselves?

    Hello Chris,

    Are you talking about the default Copenhagen theme? I think it's a great start for customization!

    Anyway, there's also a theme marketplace:

    https://www.zendesk.com/marketplace/themes/

    And you can find free themes available online as well!

    With kind regards,

    I want to change the size of the font on the text inside the buttons on the copenhagen theme home page.

    I've checked the style.css .button code but when I change the font-size then preview - nothing happens ?.

    Hi Janice,

    Since you are referring to the homepage. I think with buttons you mean these, right?

    You need to edit another CSS line.
    Search for .blocks-item-title

    And add font-size: 20px; to that.

    Hi!

    I'm having a trouble uploading a home image. I'm trying to upload JPG and PNG files but it seems that the only format that it's accepted is SVG. Also, when I upload the SVG file it only shows the text included in the image, not the background neither a vector that's also included. Here's what I see

    And here's it's what I'm uploading

    Any solution is appreciated!

    Hi @Juan Pablo Quero,
    It does accept png and jpg. Can you check in the console of your browser if is loading the image or not?

    Thanks

    Trapta I checked on Safari and It's working fine, the whole image appears, but in Google Chrome it's blank.

    About the .jpeg and .png, the platform shows an error message that says it's not accepted.

    Safari

    Google Chrome

    Hi @Juan Pablo Quero,

    It's weird that it is not Google Chrome and showing error message for .jpeg and .png files. I checked it on my side and it accepted both the formats.

    Are you using any plugin in Google Chrome that is preventing it from loading or you see any error message in your Google Chrome browser?

    Thanks

    Trapta after all this time it's still not working. I'm only using ABP and Hubspot plugin on Chrome, I disabled ABP just in case but it doesn't make any difference. I really can't find any reason why it's happening. I've checked on different laptops and the same happens.

    I'm using a Macbook Pro 2018 and I'm connecting from Chile.

    EDIT:

    I tried with and .jpeg and it's working now. But when I upload an .svg file it still goes blank.

    Sure, it's soporte.kimche.cl, the photo it's currently working because I left the .jpeg file, if you want me to change it to the .svg file tell me so you can check.

    Juan Pablo Quero, you can add the SVG file in the asset folder and I will be able to test the same.

    Thanks

    Hi Juan Pablo Quero,

    I cannot see the SVG image you were referring to. Will you be able to add it in a div element and keep the div set to {display: none;} for me to test it?

    Thanks

    Curious - how can the Twitter preview logo be customized? Is this simply grabbing my Brand logo as-is? Should I consider customizing the logo so it fits a square profile? Example attached.

    Hey Team,

    Having some issues with banner sizing. I've added a banner that is exactly 1600 x 300 and it's stretching it and cutting off some parts of the image. I have not changed any of the source code for the copenhagen theme either.

    Any idea why this is happening?

    To be clear I'm following these directions:

    "For the Home image and the Community image, the recommend size is 1600x300px.

    You can use an image that is less than 1600px wide if you are concerned about load time, but ensure that your image is at least 300px in height so that is does not appear stretched. If the image exceeds the recommended size, the image is scaled to keep the aspect ratio constant and a maximum height of 300px."
