    Hello, I created the new metrics based off of the shifts that were identical here and only one of the metrics is pulling in data. The setup for all three are the same with the exception of the hour numbers. I've tried deleting and recreating the affected metrics and even copying the one that was working and adjusting, but still no luck.

    The assign time is an available metric in the ticket times folder. Is that what you are after?

    Hi Graeme,

    No, I was creating the new shift metrics detailed above, and only 1 of the 3 metrics I created are pulling in the tickets from the defined hours.

    Franco, if you can include some screen shots of your report and problem metric, I can try to help. It may be a filter or conflicting item that is causing the problem.

    Graeme, here are some screenshots of the metrics I created and the resulting report. The only metric that is working is the "5pm-1am Created Tickets" metric.

    It looks like you have typed the values for the hours rather than select then from the attribute selector on the right hand pane. The same way that you used the selector for attributes, you need to do the same for attribute values. You will see in the main article example, the hours appear in a different colour than your screenshot.
