    You could use Workato and Azuqua as well. The function will be the same on all services, it will just depend if they have a prebuilt connector to the survey tool you are using.

    I'm having issues selecting "Response Custom Variable: Ticket ID" when creating the Zap. I created the custom variable in SurveyMonkey as well as the custom fields in Zendesk. I was wondering if anyone else encountered this issue and how you were able to resolve it?

    This is great! I did a straight Survey Monkey link embedded in some of our solved emails that brings over some data but it doesn't flush back into Zendesk.
