This article lists the current and legacy Zendesk Support plans and includes information on how to view the features available for Zendesk Support plans. Zendesk plans prior to November 11th, 2015 are referred to as legacy plans.

Current Zendesk Support plans
- Professional (Free trial plan)
- Elite (Special plan type that combines Enterprise plus these add-ons: Light Agents, Unlimited Multibrand, Advanced Security, Data Center Location, Priority Customer Support)
You can view the features available by plan type on the Zendesk plan comparison page (click Compare Plans on the comparison page). The Zendesk Support documentation includes the plan availability for each feature, with the exception of the Elite plan type, which is not noted separately in the documentation.
Professional and Enterprise plans can also have Add-ons. For details, see About Add-ons.
Zendesk Support Legacy plans

You can view the features available for legacy Zendesk Support plans prior to November 11th, 2015 on this plan comparison page. If you do not know your plan name, follow the steps in the section below.
When new features are added to the current Zendesk Support plans, they will also be added to the equivalent legacy plans.
Legacy enterprise plan customers can purchase the Priority Support and Advanced Security add-ons. Legacy Plus plan customers can purchase Light Agents, Productivity Pack, High Volume API, and Multibrand Add-ons. For details, see About Add-ons.
Viewing your plan type
Only account owners can view their plan subscription. If you do not have permission to view the plan subscription, ask your account owner for the plan name.
