Hello Stephen Fusco I tried but all I get is still µ
Hi Katja,
I created a ticket for you to continue working on this issue. I will need to ask you a few more questions in order to troubleshoot what is going wrong here so it'd be best to communicate through email if you can. I'll send you another email - thanks!
Hi ZenDesk team,
With the latest update for MacOS to 10.14 (Mojave), Command+Shift+5 is used by MacOS to take screenshots. This overrides your shortcut for unformatted, single-line input (e.g. code), which I used to use quite frequently. Is there a timeline for a fix?
Hello Robin,
I'm so sorry to hear you're having trouble with the keyboard shortcut! As of the moment we don't have any timeline for a fix with the latest update for MacOS (Mojave). Alternatively, have you tried using CTRL + Shift + 5 instead of Command + Shift + 5?
Based on the keyboard shortcut list you can either use CTRL or Command to perform single-line input code. Please see screenshot below for reference:
Oh, yes, that's right, it works. Thought the Ctrl bit was for non-Mac users :)
Thank you!
Ctrl + Alt + P is conflict with Windows Project. Please let us change it.
Thank you for shortcut keys!!! Yay!
2 requests:
1. A shortcut key for the shortcut key cheat sheet. How about (shift + ?)
2. Pick better shortcut keys or allow editing shortcut keys would be nice because things like this:
ctrl + alt + tab (or shift + tab) activates windows Task switcher.
There are a number of native windows applications or system commands that interfere with the ZenDesk Keyboard Shortcuts. It would be amazing if you could add the functionality for shortcut customization.
