We’ve been building Zendesk for almost 10 years now. In that time we’ve gone from a tiny scrappy startup taking on the giants in the Customer Service space, to being a rather sizeable public company still taking on those giants in Customer Service and beyond.
In that time, we’ve constantly improved our features, and in some cases we’ve replaced those features by introducing better versions of them. Unfortunately we can’t keep those original versions around forever. It’s time we wave a fond farewell to them, and help you reap all the benefits of the new versions in the process.
