Is there any way to embed the NPS survey as a widget on a website or in a web app?
Hey Mike,
This isn't possible natively with Zendesk's NPS Surveys. It may be worth taking a look at our App Marketplace to see if there's a 3rd party integration available to accomplish what you're looking for.
I would also recommend taking a look at our Connect product as this will give you more control over how your information is present to your customers.
