    It appears that this is a known issue that our devs are working on. We'll provide an update here once it has been resolved.

    We are seeing the duplicate comment issue also.  The duplicate comment is changing the status back to open.

    We were told the issue was resolved as of last night. A member of my team was in contact with Zendesk Support through a support ticket.

    Yes - its working for us now as well and they provided a link for a post-mortem.
