Where can I find my Zendesk subdomain?
Your subdomain is its unique identifier. There are a few ways to find it:
Select a subdomain
If you recently logged into your account, check to see if we can determine your subdomain for you:
Check your URL
If you didn't enable the host-mapping feature in Zendesk Support, your subdomain can be identified from the account's URL: https://yoursubdomain.zendesk.com
Request an email
You can also get a list of Zendesk subdomains that your email address is associated with from the Remind me page where you are presented with the following prompt:
Type your email address and you will receive your subdomain via email. If you don't receive the email, check the spam folder of your inbox. Alternatively, this means that there is no account with the email address chosen.
