My coupon code isn't working. What can I do? Follow

If you received a training credit code, and you're having difficulty applying it to your purchase, please review these tips before submitting a ticket:

  • Make sure you haven't already used the credits or that they haven't expired. Credits are valid for three months from date of issue.
  • One training credit can be used per transaction. To register for your two courses, you must perform two separate transactions.
  • Credits cannot be used for Keboola Insights courses.
