How do I reset my password when I can't sign in?

    Hi Support Team,

    I am trying to reset my password for Zendesk Chat.

    When I enter my official email address and press forgot password:

    The following message appears:

    You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.

    But no email we are receiving. Will you please help us to log in.

    Thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to hear you are having trouble accessing your account! 

    I did a quick search and see that there is a ticket open with our support team under your name. If this is also from your account, it seems that the issue has been resolved and you should see an update from our team!
