I forgot my password. How do I reset my password when I can't sign in?
If you are having issues signing in, you may need to reset your password.
To reset your password
- Browse to
https://your_subdomain.zendesk.com/access/help, where your_subdomain is your account name. Or use this button to select your subdomain and be redirected directly to the password reset page

- Enter the email address you use to sign in.
- Check your inbox and follow the instructions on the email you have just received.
