Troubleshooting steps

1. Please check our Known Issues article for Android to see if there is an outstanding problem with the app.

2. If no known issues apply, try the following options: 

    • Clear the app's cache/data: go to Settings > Apps > Zendesk and tap Clear Data or Clear Cache
    • Uninstall the app, restart your device, and reinstall app

3. If issues persist, submit a ticket to support@zendesk.com with the following information.

    • When does it happen? What tasks are you performing in the app when it occurs? 
    • Does it happen on specific screens/tickets/views in the app?
    • A detailed list of steps to replicate the issue.
