You can tag tickets based on the requester's language by creating a trigger.

- Enter a title for the trigger.
- Under Meets ALL of the following conditions, select:
- Ticket > Created
- Requester: Language > (select language)

- Add tags > (tag_of_choice)
- Add tags > (tag_of_choice)

I'm trying to add this trigger to mark Chinese tickets as spam. However, I'm not seeing the Requester:Language option. Is this something I need to add?
Hello Sarah,
So the first thing you will need to go to Admin > Account > Localization setting and make sure you have the language selected you want to impact. I would recommend using the base trigger below when choosing which language you want to be affected for spam blocking.
Best regards.
