How to tag tickets based on requester's language Follow

Overview

This covers how to create a trigger that tags tickets based on the requester's language.

Conditions

 

Procedure

  1. Navigate to Admin > Business Rules > Triggers and click Add new trigger.
  2. Enter a title for the trigger.
  3. Under Meets ALL of the following conditions, select Ticket: is Created and Requester:Language {select language}.
  4. Under Perform these actions, select Ticket: Add tags {tag of your choice}.
  5. Click Save.
