How do I increase the ring volume for Talk calls?

    my team is noticing a bit of a volume difference between ring volume and talk volume. The ring is way too loud and the customer's voices are way too quite. 

    • Can these settings be adjusted in any way?
    • Are there different volume options on the PC for the notifications and talk sound volumes?
    • Are there plans to make this a function within Zendesk?

    Hello Josh,

    So all audio is going to be controlled by your computer's sound specification. If you are running into variations in your audio input/output, I would recommend using a headset that has intuitive amplification/dampening which will regulate extream fluctuations.     Devan - Community Manager, actually that doesn't help in this situation.

     

    My call agents can use their headsets on Zoom calls and their call quality and volume is MUCH better than in Zendesk Talk calls. We're having so much difficulty with call volume that we're considering switching services.

    Is there no other way that we can troubleshoot what is actually going on with Zendesk Talk?
