There is a new free tool - www.import2.com/wizard - which enables easy import of tickets into Zendesk, without the need for API.

The last couple of years I've been contracting out to move tickets, many of my clients have come from these forums. As it stands I've moved over 1 million tickets, and I've also moved tens of thousands of User profiles, Articles and other bits of data; all with zero issues.

If you don't have the time or head-space to sift through tens of thousands of lines in a CSV yourself, using one of the semi-autonomous systems on the web, we'll do everything for you, communicate with you the entire time, and ensure everything happens as you intend.

Please feel free to get in touch with me directly at michael@datahop.io

Or check out our website at www.datahop.io (currently a temp page) or email general inquiries to datalove@datahop.io

Let's show your data some love :)

You can set up the automatic import of Zendesk tickets to CSV with the help of Skyvia. It`s a cloud-based data integration service with a code-free interface and flexible scheduling settings.
