How to change the order of tickets in a view Follow


This outlines how to change the way a view orders your tickets.


You must be on Zendesk Support Team, Professional, or Enterprise plans.


  1. Navigate to Admin > Manage > Views.
  2. Next to the view you'd like to update, click Edit.
  3. Scroll to Formatting options, then scroll down to Order by.
  4. Select the ticket property by which you'd like to order.
  5. Be sure the dropdown is set to Update, then click Save.
