This article outlines how to change the way a view orders your tickets.
You must be on Zendesk Support Team, Professional, or Enterprise plans.
- Navigate to Admin icon () > Manage > Views.
- Next to the view you'd like to update, click Edit.
- Scroll to Formatting options, then scroll down to Order by.
- Select the ticket property by using the drag and drop method.
- Be sure the dropdown is set to Update, then click Save.
