What does the error "This email address is already used by..." mean?

    by me it says "this email address is already used by support" where can  i find it to  delete it  ?

    Hey Chesky!

    Do you have an end-user in your system called "support"? That's the most likely culprit.

    This worked for me. I searched "People" and deleted the end-user account. Then, I was able to add the email.

    I was sent this article for assistance with the following issue. We've sent tickets (changed the requester) to a specific email address many times. Since 2/19, we are unable to do so and we get an error that says

    ERROR SAVING USER: Email: email@address.com cannot be used; it is in use as a support address.

    Does anyone know how this can be fixed?
