How can I archive my Help Center articles?


Option 1: Restricted Sections

  1. Create an end-user restricted section with a descriptive title, e.g. prefaced with [Archived] or [Restricted].
  2. Move the articles to this section.

Option 2: Backup and store outside of Zendesk

  1. Back up your articles or use the Help Center API to export the articles.
  2. Store the file of exported articles outside of Zendesk.
