Looking to change the Support subscription and want to know when the next billing cycle begins? These instructions will outline how find that date.
Only the account owner can view subscription or invoicing information.
Check previous invoices under Admin > Settings > Account > Invoices to see prior invoicing dates.
The account owner can also check whether the subscription is billed monthly or annually under Admin > Settings > Subscription.
Remember that changes to the Support account subscription will not take effect until the next billing cycle. Email firstname.lastname@example.org for help with any additional questions!
