How frequently does my Support data synchronize to my Insights project?
Answer
- If you are on a Professional plan, your data synchronizes once every 24 hours. This synchronization happens at a set time every day.
- See this support article for more information on choosing when your synchronization occurs. - If you are on an Enterprise plan, your data syncs one hour after the most recent sync ended.
To check when the last data sync occurred

Click the Reporting icon (
) in the sidebar

Go to the Insights tab.

Click the GoodData link in the top right corner of the panel.

In the top menu, click Manage > Data Sets.
- Here you'll see the list of all data sets and the last time they were synced.
