How frequently does my Support data synchronize to my Insights project?
- If you are on a Professional plan, your data synchronizes once every 24 hours. This synchronization happens at a set time every day.
- See this support article for more information on choosing when your synchronization occurs.
- If you are on an Enterprise plan, your data syncs one hour after the most recent sync ended.
To check when the last data sync occurred
Click the Reporting icon () in the sidebar
Go to the Insights tab.
Click the GoodData link in the top right corner of the panel.
In the top menu, click Manage > Data Sets.
- Here you'll see the list of all data sets and the last time they were synced.
