How can I create a report for a specific user in Insights ?
- Click the Reporting icon () in the sidebar, and go to Insights > GoodData > Reports, and click to Create Report.
- In your report, open the How panel.
- Select the User Name attribute.
- In the Filter Values panel, click the Filter this attribute link. This will generate a list of all users in your Zendesk to filter the report on.
