    Hello Pedro,

Thank you for reaching out to us. I apologize for the confusion but there is indeed a User ID attribute. That attribute is called "User" - once you've selected it you'd choose "User ID" from the "Display Label" section on the left:

    Thanks for your question!

Why can't we have the user ID as an available attribute under "How"?

A workaround is to create a custom metric SELECT User ID (Fact) and format it as "#"... but then we can't use it as a primary column, for instance.

Can you provide instructions for Zendesk Explorer?

    Hi Rona -

You can list users who have requested tickets, or have tickets assigned to them but you can't just list the names of all users or all agents. You can get the number of each you have as follows:

Open up a query with the Support: Tickets dataset and added the following metrics:

    COUNT(Users) - that's all users
    COUNT (Agents) - all agents
COUNT (End-users) - all end users

Thank you for raising this. Our product team has now been made aware of the need for this report, and it's been requested. We don't have an ETA on when it will be available, but it is now in the backlog, thanks to you. :)
