Support options for Essential plan Follow

What are my options for getting support on the Essential plan (and the Starter plan, its corresponding legacy plan)? 

Answer

Essential and Starter plan customers have two options for getting support:

  • We don't provide 1:1 support for these plans, except for the following areas:
    • Billing issues
    • Product bugs
  • For help with anything else, check out our knowledge base documentation or get advice from other customers in the Community
