You copied your content from Web Portal to Help Center and can't find some of your forum posts. Where did they go?
Where your content is directed is dependent on this forum setting in Web Portal:
This setting is located within the settings for each of your forums. Find the edit link in the upper right corner once you've navigated to the individual forum level.
Now, if you allow all logged-in users to post to your Web Portal forum, the content will be sent to the Community, so this trend can continue and all authenticated users can create new topics. If you would like only your agents to post to an area (normally FAQs and other customer resources), then you should choose the Unrestricted agents and moderators only option.
Please know that once you've migrated, a community post cannot be moved to the knowledge base and a knowledge base article cannot be moved to the community, so changing the setting above and re-copying your content is usually the best plan of action.
