Where can admins go to manage the Support subscription?


Only the account owner will have access to manage the subscription settings. They can navigate to Admin ( ) > Settings > Subscription to access the billing page. Click Adjust Plan to add or remove agents, change the plan type, or switch between monthly and annual billing. The account owner can also manage the Talk and Chat subscription here.

Note: If you are currently in the middle of a billing cycle, the system will not allow you to remove agents or downgrade your plan type. It will allow you to add agents or upgrade your plan type.
