Canceling a Support trial Follow

    I need my account cancel for zendesk. I brought you the wrong place

    Unfortunately, we don't have the capability to cancel your account from the community. You can either just let it expire after the 90 days if you're on a trial, or go into the admin settings. Or, if you've been working with an Account Exec, you can reach out to them for help.

    I do not know where to find the "admin" menu so that I can cancel my account. I keep getting phone calls and emails from Zendesk when this is a product I am not interested in and was directed to it by another site where I thought I was setting up an account to get technical support from another company - not Zendesk.

    Oh that sounds frustrating! Sorry it's been difficult to find. When you're logged in to your trial account, click the gear icon on the left. That is your admin panel. It looks like this:

    We have migrated to a different platform.  I want to suspend my ZD account to stop any stray tickets going in by using the   @*.zendesk.com version of the email but I want to keep it running for a little bit longer in case we have to do a rollback. 

     

    If I cancel it, I won't be able to reactivate it right?  Can I just disable the email part?
