Emails generated from Help Center subscriptions are displaying images as broken.
Closed Help Center where sign-in is required for users to access content.
Cause and resolution
This is expected behavior, and there is no workaround at this time. This issue is the result of your Help Center being closed and requiring sign-in for end users.
Any emails generated from Help Center subscriptions display an image for 10 days. Once this time has passed, images will require authentication to be viewed as access to them is restricted.
