Emails generated from Help Center subscriptions are displaying images as broken.
Closed Help Center where sign-in is required for users to access content.
Cause and resolution
This is expected behavior, and there is no workaround at this time. This issue is the result of your Help Center being "closed" and requiring sign-in for end users. Any images would require authentication to be viewed as access to them is restricted and thus will not appear in emails as there is no way to authenticate the recipient.
