How are promo codes applied to a Zendesk Support plan purchase?
Answer
Note: Promo codes are only allowed for customers billed in USD.
- Navigate to Admin icon (
) > Settings > Subscription > Purchase/Adjust Plan. - Update your subscription as needed (add additional agents, change plan level, etc.)
- Select the hyperlink Did you receive a promo code from us? below the Proceed to checkout button.
- Enter your promo code and hit Apply.
- Complete the checkout process.
