Apply a promo code Follow

Question

How are promo codes applied to a Zendesk Support plan purchase?

Answer

Note: Promo codes are only allowed for customers billed in USD.
  1. Navigate to Admin > Settings > Subscription > Purchase/Adjust Plan. 
  2. Update your subscription as needed (add additional agents, change plan level, etc.) 
  3. Select the hyperlink Did you receive a promo code from us? below the Proceed to checkout button.
  4. Enter your promo code and hit Apply.
  5. Complete the checkout process.
