How do I delete or manage scheduled Insights reports and dashboard emails?

    Hello! =)

    For some reason, I am only able to delete or create new scheduled emails. I am registered as a full administrator. What setting might be missing to allow me to edit these?

    Hey Christopher - 

    Are the dashboards you're trying to edit private or global schedule? 

    I ask because if they're private, you can't edit them, they have to simply be deleted and new ones created.

    Hello Nicole,

    I am unsure what you mean by "global schedule", however they are indeed public and not private if this is what you are referring to?

    Thank you! In this case, it is indeed a private schedule since I send it to select members of our staff only. I shall simply continue to delete and recreate the schedule when need be. Thank you for your reply!

    Is there a way to view the existing values of "Copy Emailed to" for a Private Schedule?  I simply want to add an additional person to the existing schedule.  As noted in earlier comments we can only do this by deleting and recreating.  But I can't accurately recreate if I don't know who's on the existing.  If you have more than one person currently the in "Copy Emailed to" field the remaining recipients are cutoff.

    Hey Shahdy,

    As mentioned in our Sharing reports in Insights article you should see a list of emails under the Copy Emailed To Column.

    It's odd that you can only see one email address listed here. Any chance you can provide a screenshot of exactly what you're seeing on your end?

    Example is below, the "Copy Emailed to" can't be widened and it only shows like 1.5 email addresses.  I hadn't noticed that if you hover you can see the entire list.  This at least gets me to knowing what's there, just still inconvenient.

    • Would be best if we can just edit the existing list if we need to add / remove a person.
    • As per the article, needing to delete and recreate would be easier if the list was shown in full and you could copy the list.
    • As is, we need to hover, take a screenshot of the entire list, and then retype them all.

    Glad you were able to at least get the full list by hovering.

    Since Insights is an integration created by GoodData, we're rather limited on what changes we can make with their product.
