In Help Center, are agents and admins automatically notified of new articles, posts, and comments?
No, agents and admins are not automatically notified.
To receive email notifications from newly created posts, articles, and comments, agents and admins need to subscribe to the relevant section, topic, or article. There is not an alternative method to automatically generate email notifications for Help Center.
You can use the Help Center API Subscriptions endpoint to create subscriptions on behalf on end-users (but not agents or admins). Alternatively, you can assume their identity and access Help Center to create subscriptions.
