How can I find a list of incident tickets that are not linked to problem tickets?
There is no direct way to create a view for tickets that are not linked to a problem tickets. However, you can use our API and a custom script to locate tickets using the problem_id object.
Professional and Enterprise customers can build a custom Insights report:
- Under How, select Ticket Problem filters to (empty value):
- Next, under How, select Ticket type filtered to Incident:
- Lastly, select Ticket id under How.
