Is there a way to automatically embed the content of a Help Center article into a ticket reply?
We currently do not have the ability to automatically copy over an article's content into a ticket reply, but there are a couple workarounds to consider.
The Answer Suggestion integration will search through your existing articles and display relevant matches to the current ticket. Selecting an article from the app will automatically create a link to the relevant article within the ticket reply.
A second option is to create macros which contain the relevant content from the article. Using these macros would then add the content as a comment. This method may require more maintenance, as the macro would not be updated with any changes to the article content itself.
