The link in this article ends in a "The resource doesn't exist." error message.

Thanks for the heads-up, Karis! I've updated the link. :)

    Hey Elisa!

Are you clicking the link in the article? Or in the above comment?

The link in the article has been updated, but the link in the comment is still incorrect. I'll go ahead and remove it, but if you click the link in the article you should be fine.

When I try to add any integrations I get that same response, "The resource doesn't exist." I assumed this was because I'm on the Essential plan, which doesn't allow for any integrations, even those from Zendesk Labs (I believe). When I try to install the integration in this article, I get the above response as well.

    Hey Jeremy!

Are you still on the Essential plan? If that's the case, that's the reason for the error.

If you've upgraded your plan and are still experiencing this issue, I'd recommend contacting Support so they can take a closer look for you!

Yep, I'm still on the Essential Plan. I figured that was why I received that response. Maybe the other people getting the same response are on the Essential Plan as well?

Hi Jeremy! This is most likely the case.

@Elisa, apps and integrations are not available on Essential. If you're on Essential, that's why you're getting an error when you try to install the app. Apologies if that wasn't clear!
