On the Support Essential plan, can I deactivate triggers?
Answer
Yes, it is possible to deactivate triggers on the Essential plan. It is also possible to create and edit triggers. However, the Essential plan offers only a limited set of conditions and actions for triggers.
Important: Triggers are the mechanism that deliver email notifications of ticket updates to end-users and agents. If all triggers are deactivated, email notifications about ticket activity will not be sent. By default email notifications are handled by the Support default triggers.
