    My question is: Do we need to be careful about changing our default brand? I know that agents will log in to a new place, but will anything break?

    Aside from the log in page, you should check your integrations and thrid party apps for their requirements if any. Generally everything continues to work as normal. Feel free to let us know if you have any trouble!

    Is it possible to have audits on the Brand changes? I want to know who changed our default Brand.

    Hey Hernan,

    What changes were made to your brand in your account? If there was a subdomain change this should show up in the Audit log that's available on the Support Enterprise plan. You can find this by navigating to Admin>Settings>Account>Audits .

    as I've mentioned, I want to know who changed our Account's default Brand.

    I didn't find that on the Audit logs.
