Why is my Insights report showing larger numbers or data than I have in Support?
Most often this is due to date filtering. When using date metrics, if you only want data from the current time period, you will need to use "/Year" date filters. For example you could use "Month/Year" or "Week(Sun-Sat)/Year" to obtain tickets from a specific month or week of a specific year. Using the "Month" or "Week(Sun-Sat)" date filters, will return results for all months or weeks of every year for which you have data.
