How do I find out who is the owner of my Support or Chat account?
Answer
To find the Support account owner, go to Admin > Manage > People and select agents. The agent who is the owner will have "Owner" next to their role: Administrator (Owner).
To find the Chat account owner, from the dashboard, click Settings > Agents. The account owner will have Owner listed as their role:

I have a new trail instance, and the image provided looks outdated, esp. regarding the display of the role.
Under the profile image, it will simply say
