How can I report ticket age in days based on when the ticket was solved? Follow

    I don't find the statements Solved or Closed as elements in the metric editor. Are they nested under some other value?

    Hey Jon,

    The "Solved" and "Closed" elements are attribute values so you will find them under Attribute values > Ticket Status > Closed/Solved.

    Hopefully this should help towards you completing this custom metric!
