    Hi C. Bieze,

    Since these changes would require custom code in your theme, you'd need to upgrade to at least Guide Professional.

    By setting this up - is it possible to embed a conditional Zendesk ticket form?

    Hi Martin,

    Yes it is possible. This article doesn’t actually change anything in how the request form works in Guide, it just limits other options by removing them from the theme.
