When I click the Chat app icon in the product tray, the new tab opens with just a white screen. Why won't Chat load for me?
If your Chat account is linked to your Support account and you're not able to log in, you may not yet be enabled as a Chat agent. Navigate to your user profile and check that you've been enabled to work with Zendesk Chat (this slider switch):
You may need to refresh the page after you've been enabled to see the dashboard. If you're not sure whether your Chat and Support account are linked, or you're still having trouble after enabling Chat for yourself, please send an email to email@example.com.
