Can I use markdown in email notifications sent by triggers or automations?

    To be clear, email notification triggers can use the placeholder {{ticket.comments_formatted}} in the email body.  If you have the agent auto signature set up with markdown (as we do for our company logo), this populates the agent signature with the logo just fine. So, if that is what you are trying to achieve, just add your logo to the agent signature...

    Hi David, thank you for your question. I tested that same code out on my end and I am wondering if your email client you're working in is set up for reading HTML? 

    Also, centering latest_comment_formatted won't work properly because it has its own formatting it will try to do in the background. You'd be better off trying to center latest_comment. That, however, won't have formatting.
