    To be clear, email notification triggers can use the placeholder {{ticket.comments_formatted}} in the email body.  If you have the agent auto signature set up with markdown (as we do for our company logo), this populates the agent signature with the logo just fine. So, if that is what you are trying to achieve, just add your logo to the agent signature...
