I have host mapping set up but visiting my Help Center redirects me to https://subdomain.zendesk.com. Why?
Check your settings under Admin > Settings > Security > SSL to make sure they are complete.
You will need to make sure you have the hosted SSL setting enabled, as well as an SSL certificate uploaded to your Zendesk.
We can provide you with an SSL certificate for your Zendesk at no extra cost. Alternatively you can obtain a new one from your web hosting provider and then upload it to your Zendesk from there.
