I have host mapping set up but when I visit my Help Center redirects me to https://subdomain.zendesk.com. Why?
Follow the instructions in the article: Host mapping - Changing the URL of your Help Center - and make sure all the settings were adequately complete. For host mapping to work, you need to have the hosted SSL setting enabled, as well as an SSL certificate uploaded to your Zendesk.
We can provide you with an SSL certificate for your Zendesk at no extra cost. Alternatively, you can obtain a new one from your web hosting provider and then upload it to your Zendesk from there.
Note that authenticated agents always see the https://subdomain.zendesk.com URL.
