How can I see historical queue activity for Talk calls?

Answer

There are two options to view queue data.

  • Admins can access this data under Zendesk Admin > Channels > Talk and selecting the History tab in the menu. 
  • You can also use the Talk API endpoint Historical queue activity statistics
GET /api/v2/channels/voice/stats/historical_queue_activity.json

Agent queue activity data:

GET /api/v2/channels/voice/stats/agents_activity.json
