How do I get new updates and features added to my custom Help Center theme?
We do not push updates to avoid causing issues with your custom theme that the new updates could create. To get new Help Center features and updates, you can either switch to a new theme and it will have new updates automatically, or we often provide how to guides on implementing the code needed for the features.

To find out if you are using a custom theme in Help Center, go to General > Customize Design. If you are on a custom theme, it was display Custom Theme or whatever you named your theme:
