How can I send or resend a verification email for users?
There are two methods that can be used to either send or resent a verification email with in Zendesk. The first way is using the Zendesk Support user interface, to do this please click the down arrow next to the users' email address and select Resend verification email.
The second option, is to send or resend a verification email using the API. For more information on how to utilize the API to verify email addresses, see Request user verification API endpoint and Verify email API endpoint.
