Not continuing with Zendesk Talk after Trial Follow

I have completed my Talk Advanced trial but don't want to continue with a Talk subscription. What do I need to do?

Answer

Nothing! You do not need to do anything more. Zendesk will continue to send you reminders just in case you decide to change your mind. You will receive your first reminder email after 30 days of no activity on your voice number.

You will then receive your final reminder email after 53 days of no activity on your Talk number.

Your Zendesk Talk number will be removed from your Zendesk account after 60 days of no activity on your Talk number.
