Sandbox fails to save with the error message Name must not contain the "|" character.

Sandbox will not save if the name of your Zendesk account contains the "vertical bar" (|) character. To work around this, go to Admin icon () > Account > Branding and remove the vertical bar character (|) from the brand. You will then be able to create the sandbox account, and then go back and add the vertical bar character (|) again.
