Sandbox fails to save with the error message Name must not contain the "|" character.
Your sandbox is not saved if the name of your Zendesk account contains the "vertical bar" (|) character.
To create your sandbox
- Go to Admin () > Account > Branding
- Remove the vertical bar character (|) from Y
- Go to Admin () > Manage > Sandbox and click Create my sandbox.
- You can now go back to Account > Branding and update your subdomain with the vertical bar character (|).
